Not always. A puncture is repairable if it's in the central three-quarters of the tread and smaller than 6mm in diameter. Punctures in the sidewall, shoulder area, or larger holes cannot be safely repaired — the tyre must be replaced. We remove the tyre from the rim to inspect the internal damage before advising you either way. If it can be safely repaired, we do it properly with a permanent plug-and-patch; we won't just push a plug in from the outside.
