I in-trusted my car last week on this garage in Al Qouz  to change front shock , Shock mount and engine oil pump after 3-4 days , the garage supervisor messaged me we need to overhaul the engine or change the engine cause the car wouldn’t start while i handover the car to them working. I decided to pull my car after communication with them is hard nobody speak proper English and bring to tge proper garage which they manage to fix iit less  than a day . PLEASE DO NOT COME OR THINK ABOUT COMING TO THIS GARAGE . They WILL CREATE PROBLEM THAT DIDN’t EXIST .

I also brought my car in to investigate some pipe-related issues and provided them with the error codes obtained from an inspection garage to ensure there was nothing critical. Their response was that they needed to keep the car for two days before they could provide a diagnosis.

Unfortunately, this did not inspire confidence. I then took the car immediately to another garage, they had opened the car, performed a quick inspection, and identified the issue in less than two minutes.

Based on my experience, the level of technical expertise and diagnostic capability at this garage was disappointing. I would not recommend them.
